I‘m currently reading a book about blood sugar and there‘s a quote that somehow just stuck to me that goes „if you eat fruit for the vitamins you might as well drink alcohol for the antioxidants“ - apparently fructose is very shitty for the body. I guess that‘s why models skip fruit when they skip sugar in general - because that‘s basically what it is: just sugar. You can get vitamins and fiber through vegetables. Just thought I‘d share :) (if anyone wonders, the Book is called Glucose revolution and I‘m honestly so hooked lol) It‘s always nice to learn about the body
