The course is finished and all qualified so as soon as lockdown is over I’ll start teaching it which is exciting! How are you doing? So nice to see all your names on here again xx

Not really back but popping in for catch up! Doing live streams and videos on Instagram now, so not enough hours in the day to carry on KZbin too xx
I am so glad to see another KZbin video from you! Been missing you here even though I do enjoy seeing Bluebell on IG. I would love to continue hearing your health updates since I also deal with CFS, MCAS, POTS, and EDS. If my following question is too personal, please do not feel obligated to answer. I am wondering if you also struggle with endometriosis or suspect you may have it? The reason I ask is because many of my online friends (with our same conditions seem to also deal with endo). Thanks so much.

Oh Sophie, I cannot say how happy I was to see you and I've thoroughly enjoyed this, I really have, it has just been what I needed, easygoing and relaxing xx I don't use any other platform other then KZbin but perhaps I should. How is the house going, are you enjoying it? We put our tiny apartment on the market prior to Lockdown and await the sale to complete, it has been rather stressing. Please do come back Sophie xxx

Ahh so nice to hear from you! I’ve wondered how you’re getting on. I completely understand not joining more platforms, they can be addictive and eat up far too many hours of the day so I wouldn’t encourage it if you haven’t already felt like you wanted to. But I’m doing live streams/videos etc a lot of Instagram if you ever change mind or want to dip in. The podcast might be a way to kinda catch up without that potentially addictive thing, just have it on in the background when you’ve run out of good stuff on tv maybe! The flat definitely feels like home now. It’s felt quite claustrophobic at times because of its layout - it’s hard to get away from each other and each others noise etc but we are very lucky to be here at the same time. Best of luck with completion, it can be a stressful process so I hope it’s over as soon as possible. What/where are you moving to? Xx

@@SophieEggleton I may join Instagram and use it as a way to catch up Sophie, that would be nice, I will check it out for sure ❤️. I am happy to hear the house is going well, it seems so long ago since you moved in doesn't it. Well we bought this place on the spur of the moment, I could say it was a stupid move as its a one bed and there is the 3 of us but... we put it on the market after 10 mths and have done very well so it's not all that bad I guess, however it's been a stressful 10 mths, between neighbours and other bits I've struggled a lot to the point I just can't wait to see the back of it and the residents (say no more). We are currently right on the border with Northern Ireland and have decided to make the move back just over to Northern Ireland, the problem is finding a place to live, it's a well sought after area so fingers crossed something comes up. I shall be glad when this horrible virus has gone and we are able to holiday, that's the first thing on the agenda for moi😁❤️. I will check out the podcasts etc for sure Sophie, I wish you so much happiness, Simon too xxx

If you get any success please let me know. I have EDS classic and i tried reverse therapy, the fibro guy and other things of which they had no positive impact on my recovery

I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy. Just wanted to chat/vent. Definitely not one to watch for ‘excitement’. I’m a normal gal nothing extraordinary I’m afraid. X
