I totally feel you with the self sabotaging! These past few months for me have been so hard for me, mentally and physically… I’ve lost so much motivation in absolutely everything (eating healthy, exercising etc.) I’ve been making so many excuses on why I can’t eat healthy or why I can’t exercise when I know I can do all of those things perfectly fine! I’ve honestly become such an unmotivated, lazy person and it’s simply not me… And I know life gets in the way but I know what’s stopping me and it’s just simply… me! So I’m calling myself out here and saying if you can do it girlfriend, so can I! Let’s get strong and be our best selves! 💕

I resonate with this so much! I’ve been starting to do one thing each day to better myself for the next - eg go to the gym, read a book, put extra effort into pampering myself, clean my living space etc but only choosing one of these a day is still a good achievement to me! You got this!

I had the same thing when I went in for my Invisalign consultation! She said “have you had your wisdom teeth out?” And I said “nope?” She goes “you don’t have them!!” I watched my partner and my friend go through wisdom teeth so I definitely feel #blessed !!!!

Random tip re the grip socks girls. Go to a trampoline park or kids indoor playground. They usually sell adult size grip socks for $3-$5 a pair. They are usually longer than anklets and although are usually brightly coloured, honestly work a treat! Plus super cheap compared to workout brand grip socks 👌

I’ve been wearing Invisalign for 19 months. There is no pain! They feel tight for the fist few minutes after they’ve been changed out otherwise easy prays, plus it cuts down on mindless snacking! Good luck!

i know youve mentioned your stomach problems before... but im now 31 and just recently (over the past year) found out that im intollorant to wheat and gluten, not celiac exactly but every time i ate any pasta, any bread, oats or sweet treat nearly anything with wheat i became extremely bloated gassy, acid reflux, and ive always always dealt with acne and redness all over my skin.. i cut out those specific items and my stomach pain goes away completely... i dontknow if youve gone to an allergist or any dr to mention food intolerances, im from california the doctors dont exactly care to much about real health to check those things for us here, so i decided to cut it out and my skin became clear my stomach stops having issues and im a lot less fatigued because it does that as well... anyways.. i hope this helps at all... im still doing my own research and i do love breads and pastas still which is unfortunate... but maybe it could with you as well ?

I will forever be grateful for Conagh showing me NH! I absolutely LOVE the Vanilla Greens Powder and Moon Mylk (I am partial to Rocky Road but somehow I love the Chai 1 but I hate normal Chai drinks lol). I use the pancake batter protein in my smoothies and love it. It's a great base flavor to add to as well. I just hate that the cost of shipping to the US is so expensive. Just means I have to stock up but I hate because sometimes you never know the expiration date of products until they are shipped to you *cough* Built bars *cough*. It's likely the whey is what you are having an intolerance/sensitivity to which is why the plant protein helps. Protein can be hard to digest, hence the enzymes added. I'm still trying to find the right enzymes that will let me eat certain greens again 😩

I was born without wisdom teeth, had X-rays done in 2018 for my Invisalign and they weren’t there (I’m 25), then last year I had terrible pain went to the dentist and there they were! All 4! I had them out under a GA not too long after haha. I used to flex that too 😉😏
