hi there,first of all i want to say "welcome" to our country .we always like Korean people whose also language family is the same with Turkish that keeps us so close as pronunciation.If you are a kimchi and tofu soup person, you should try specifically turşu(cabbage pickle) in izmir or in istanbul.You'll be suprised after seeing so many varieties.And secondly the bakery you ate in the video is called as SİMİT(as in see-meat as pronunciation for IPA).we specifically call it ANKARA SİMİTİ(simit of ankara) which is very similiar also in other cities.It is kinda daily basis for a person to have simit and black turkish tea with white cheese(you may know it as feta) specially if you are near to sea to enjoy the view in fresh air, or if you have to have your breakfast in a hurry or if you have not much money.because it is cheaper option and available everywhere every hour.But there is a plethora of things as dishes in Turkey to try which are way too awesome like yaprak sarması,baklava,kavurma,lokum,antep ezmesi,künefe,yoğurt çorbası,çiğköfte,ayran,iskender,etli ekmek,katmer,mıhlama,çullama,testi kebabı,su kabağı kebabı,sarımsak-elma-yenidünya kebabı,adana kebap,tarhana çorbası-işkembe çorbası,börülce....it goes on and on and on......And i gave you the original names of some of them because when you went there you may see these on menus on locals.
