Great cut Sophie, and also great to have a hairdresser who understands curly hair.😊 It is such a hard thing to explain what you want to a hairdresser that doesn't understand curly hair. My own hairdresser is great, she told me that they don't cover much about curly hair in the training and it's actually a separate course which you have to choose to do if you want to learn how to cut curly hair in detail!! No wonder most hairdressers don't have a clue.!! Thanks for sharing.👍

I use to go to curl specialist but can not afford their salon anymore but I also didn’t feel like I was getting value there. I have found a new stylist that does a good job on my cut. I go home and style after. I have learned so much from KZbin from content creators like yourself and Manes by Mell. I do a better job then any licensed professional I have seen in the past for my curls. Glad your stylist listens and communicates what he is visioning. You have a gem there. Great cut and video.

Wow ! I might have to try and book an appointment. I live in Surrey and I really want to go to someone who specializes in curly hair . I’ve also never had anyone be able to style my hair. I have corkscrew curls. Thank you for sharing this . ❤️

Such gorgeous hair no matter what length it is!!! 😍 I tried to let my hair grow longer, but I just couldn't deal with the matting, especially underneath. Plus, my hair is not quite as curly as Sophie's; I have some wave at my root, but I don't have the strong wave that she has. I have pretty thick hair, and I felt like the weight was pulling the roots flatter. I had my hair cut in a bob (about 6 or 7 inches removed), and I absolutely LOVE it! (BTW, I have a great hairstylist who understands curly hair.) I have loads of curl, just not as many ringlets as I used to have, because it's so much shorter, now, but the wave is better at my roots! Thank you, Sophie, for sharing this experience!!
