Sophie, I'm not sure you'll see this but I wanted to tell you that I'm glad you are working through your birth trauma and that you've found help. I'm so glad you can talk about what you went through and I hope things continue to get better for you! You're a gem and you are also not alone. Many women go through so much postpartum because of their struggles in birth, the shift in hormones, and the challenges after birth that come in raising a child, often without the support that is needed. It's so important for women to ask for help and seek resources. I'm glad you have and hope that you continue to. Motherhood is a big shift but it's also a wonderful thing too. I'm glad you'll get to see the beauty of that evolution in your life. Sending hugs 💞
