hi Sophie, i love your videos- l live for them. So informative. One of the things which i think someone needs to look into is natural ways or as clse as natural as possible ways to colour hair. As i get older, and I suspect i may not be alone, one of the things that i worry about a lot is the colouring of the hair. There are sonme natural products ut there but not enough of them and i wonder how '"natural" they really are.

Hair color is a tough one. A lot of the more eco brands really don't deliver good results. I confess to having bleach highlights. It's my one eco-sin!

Oh - good point. I generally don't point out every affiliate brand because there are so many dotted in and out of what I do. I would say 25% are affiliates. And 75% are not.

I looked up the Lavido products on their website. I wish they would show the ingredient label or list the exact ingredients. I refuse to buy anything online without seeing the ingredient label. I'm terrified of hairspray also, lol. I'm constantly trying to find a nontoxic hairspray. Thank you!

It just means products you can't live without. Like if you were to go to a desert island what would you have to bring if you could just choose a couple products ;-)
