Nice one sir but I have one question that you create web policy that block social media and online Shopping but you didn't apply right. To apply you have click on apply web category based traffic shaping policy in firewall edit user /network rule am i right.

@@neelpardeshi633 In web policy section, where you created a policy to block social media, You will find "Status" column. Where you have to turned "ON" the web policy to make it work. Also, To apply this policy, Sir have added that web policy name in previously created Firewall Rule "LAN to WAN"
