Almost thought this was really revell, but then i saw the eduard logo on the Sprue. They make the best Kits for the Money for sure!

I learned a good bit from this fantastic build. Thank you for sharing this build! I thought for as good as you are, the wood paneling and prop weren’t up to the rest of the model.

Excellent work. Very nice indeed. If I finish my planes half as good as yours I’d be very happy.

Thank you very much for your nice comment.🙏 Every effort is valuable and I think yours will finish very well.🤝👍

Great build there! Nice to see that eduard followed some of the Wingnut 1 32 sopwith camel design in how it builds

Overall, very nice. However, you may want to review photos of fabric covered wings. Spars create shadows under the wing, not highlights (sun shines thru fabric and is stopped by wood).
@AScalePlasticModels2 жыл бұрын
Thanks. I think I applied it to match the actual look of the plane. Since the coating on the wings is dark, the wooden skeletons are more prominent on this plane.

I am enjoying your builds and some of your modeling techniques. I have to make one critique about your builds though...your wood simulations are not that great. The technique you are using is very interesting. I'm sure with some playing around it can be made into something a little more accurate with the wood graining and color matching. Keep posting your excellent work.

I guess I need to do a few tries for the wooden parts. I will take your criticism into consideration. thank you so much.
