Yes that’s correct. You can park on the edge and it’s a couple of minutes walk to the house literally. You can park outside the house but there is not always a space.

Really nicely done and very interested,only issue i have is the risk of flooding due to height of ground windows and main door and water coming down hill at pace .Has this property suffered from flooding in the past?

Hi I’m the owner we have had the house for a couple of years had a couple of bad storms and never been flooded the water passes by down the street it’s also great to watch all the foot paths are dipped in the middle to control which way the water goes , there is a car parking space opposite the house or you can park at the start of the village thanks Simon

@@sheilakerr-jones4345 hi we have a pool that opens in May and closes October there is also a hotel that as a wee shop and restaurant we get delivers of fruit veg bread almost daily if you can’t be bothered to go to the supermarket the other restaurant in the village square is fab I go in for my coffee daily also lunch it’s cheaper than cooking 😆and the foods great I’m here for a couple of days if you need any photos.
