Being an Vfx Supervisor my Bottom line is any day you cant do Rotoscopy in AI, it Generates only Alpha mattes No Splines so we cant refine no Control. Again if we need to do correction we need to analyze again its completely different from first verson no consistancy....Rig/Wire removal it does like yuck it disturbs all pixels it mirrors the available pixels from source frame looks light highlight burns can be used to small budget videos cant even used in Viscom final year showreel ,Compositing cant control edges...CC is all over the places.. Better of the lot but agin it choice making and control is zero Overall it can be used only in youtube videos or non proffesional movies ..upto now..Copycat Node in Nuke is Devoloping But too much Cost it needs atleast 6 Nvidia 4060TI cards ..it has control over the work at a few level..Not AI only Hollywood Strike is killing us...........

Approximately a 10months before writers and actors from Hollywood started strike , and the vfx companies are started layoffs, lots of my friends are became jobless , some of them are started going for a rapdip, swiggy and stuff.. even still they didn't got any job there is not atall a openings and again this AI Thing, companies will reducing the man power... companies are again started layoff ... This is gonna be a end of vfx artist but still AI can't be the end of every department in vfx field we need to be updated and learn the new shit to survive in this ...

Bro, AI is not the reason for the layoffs. Only small studios are using AI to full extend. Traditional studios like DNEG, The Mill, Framestore are still with their regular 3d pipeline. It is kind of funny how Python 2.7 is still the standard among 99% of the VFX companies and we are worrying about AI replacing VFX Artists jobs. It will take them atleast 3 years to get Python 3 into their pipeline let alone robust AI based tools.

Hi A2D Team, **FYI** I'm also a soldier for A2D over 3 years, because of the facts revealing, research level, content quality and editing. But I'm somewhat disapointed with your research for this video. VFX consists of several departments. Not only Rotoscope works are performed in India. There are Paint/Prep, Matchmove, Layout, Lighting, DMP, Compositing and more works are being performed in India. Yes. Ai will create impact but it will not be the complete replacement. For example: In Paint/Prep work- simple camera movement with no interaction of subject can be done through Ai in future(less possibilities for that kind of shots arrival). But subject interactions and complexity shots can be done only manual as current working pipeline(that includes understanding the task, planning and fixing feedback notes). This will apply to all the departments according to their working pipeline, task complexities and requirements.
