So I actually had to do some research on Riko's "san, hai!" to figure out what it means. Seems it's a slangy, abbreviated version of "san nou gaa hai!" which is unique to Fukuoka. Two rough translations of the full version are are "one, two, three, yeah!" or "ready, set, go!" and I felt like they were probably aiming for the latter here (seems like Riko is counting off everyone, like she's playing the piano while they sing). There, we all learned today.
I do not own the song or the images. Love Live! Sunshine!! belongs to Lantis. The lyrics are pretty much my own translation, so please don't take them without permission. The images are from School Idol Tomodachi.
