It's set for 2017, but it's definitely coming. :) They've been really good to us Trails-fans lately, with Second Chapter, Trails of Cold Steel, Cold Steel 2 and now Third Chapter all coming out within the span of two years. Pretty amazing, if you ask me.

The English version will be coming out sometime in 2017. They didn't give a specific date yet, but they did promised it will be released on Steam in 2017. It's going to take them awhile because this is the final chapter that wraps everything up, and there's a lot of translations to work on so the dialogue doesn't miss any information compared to the original language Japanese.
