Oi, from a Soraka top main. Strait up E less. Auto almost exclusively, Yes autos cause agro but your attack is so stupidly slow you can do it from some stupid places and have time to run away. Auto until you take some damage, a simple 2 auto q trade wins against most champions and if they all in just Q slow E your self and walk away in such a way that they get rooted. " Most Melee champs can't do anything once rooted." I personally enjoy Soraka tank with tear of the Goddess and grasp. You will not die and be tanky all game because grasp proc+bonus damage from all your autos. Your push is amazing on Soraka, but use it wisely. You can win lane without risking your life and most tops will agro all in and loss because you'll be level and gold advantage. Your wave clear is so good you can bait them into all in with their minnions, kill their minions while trading up, leaving your own minions to do the mop up. Like honestly I play Soraka like a melee. Top laners will see this and go. " O ez kill I am touching the ranged pokey Soraka at last. I can kill it! It's only alive because it slow's on Q." - Top Mains. No. Soraka is tank, you are Qing them at point blank range because it's easier to hit that way, "Can't auto you and not get hit by Q with basic timing." The Q slows them so they can't run away. When they notice, " O I am at 25% health and Soraka is still at 50% this isn't working I gotta bail." Auto,Q,E Auto, Q Auto root Auto. Dead melee. Soraka R is incredible, learn to play like tryndamier. 5% life left? Cool now 25% from R Q to 75%, like literally don't Q for half the fight because you have item advantage. Your a TANK DURATION FIGHTER, and for practice auto only top lane until you feel confident against a AI. GL - Soraka main from "S3?"
