Sorbet de Maracujá | Passion Fruit Sorbet

Como fazer SORBET DE MARACUJÁ? Neste vídeo eu mostro o passo a passo para fazer SORBET DE MARACUJÁ!
Ingredientes
500ml suco de maracujá concentrado
350g açúcar
85g glucose de milho
150ml água
Modo de preparo
Em uma panela faça um xarope com açúcar, glucose de milho, água e deixe ferver por 5 minutos. Misture o xarope com o suco de maracujá e deixe esfriar. Transfira para a sorveteira e bata por aproximadamente 2 horas, se você não tiver uma sorveteira pode fazer em uma batedeira. Depois de pronto leve ao freezer.

Ingredients
500ml unsweetened passion fruit juice
350g caster sugar
85g corn syrup
150ml water
Method
Make a syrup combining caster sugar, corn syrup, water and bring to the boil for 5 minutes. Mix the syrup with the unsweetened passion fruit juice and allow to cool. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn for about 2 hours, if you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can make this recipe using a food mixer. When is ready leave in the freezer.
