At 6:03, Call of Cthulu can very easily be done in space. For those who haven't heard/played it, I give you.... PREY !!!!!

There was actually an official Chaosium take on Cthulhu in space but it's probably long out of print. You can find out more about it by googling "Cthulhu Rising" though.
