that course is like a mini Rubicon! Reminds me of my old crawling days.
@slopppy756 жыл бұрын
With our little toy truck, any decent amount of rock pike can be an awesome rubicon-ish destination. I think that is one of the best benefit of playing with tiny trucks.

wow great vid and some amazing trucks very scale and pure pleasure to watch

good video, course looked really hard
@slopppy756 жыл бұрын
sgtlt yes the course was very challenging including gates that call for winching actions! Only way to differentiate the good drivers from bad ones. Hope you enjoyed watching it. Thanks

Wich rc crawler do you recommend as a entry level that can be upgraded little by little?
@slopppy755 жыл бұрын
Iver Dh I’m gonna have to pick axial scx 10.2. They are the most versatile due to the simple yet effective design and the largest aftermarket support. The follow up is traxxas trx4. You can’t go wrong with either choice.
@iverdh37805 жыл бұрын
@@slopppy75 Thanks bro!!

I hope you got the trx4 sport over the scx

That 56 Ford truggy at about 11:00 in looks like Sam Collins (sam63) old ford truggy he had for scale nats several years ago. But that driver definitely isn’t Sam.
@slopppy755 жыл бұрын
Siouxme4havingfun Indeed it was. Scott the driver is also plays in nationals religiously and he told me the builder of the truck was Sam Collins and was bought from him. I never seen a truck steer so well and so nimble. I am attending nationals this weekend. Are you coming to this one?
@jakedott4 жыл бұрын
@@slopppy75 happen to know if scott still has Sam's old Ford? Wouldn't mind trying to buy it from him.

I love scale runs but it sucks when you see human legs in the shot. Not so scale anymore. =(
@slopppy756 жыл бұрын
I completely agree. A bunch of men’s legs are not needed in the video. I just pretend I don’t see them haha

Why do the gates look so narrow . .
@slopppy756 жыл бұрын
Hi Jim. This is what we got after complaining last comp was too easy.. :) there was a particular gate so narrow that a few drivers knocked both out..lol
@jimsrc21966 жыл бұрын
Just wondering since thought there was minimum width rules on gates . .
@slopppy756 жыл бұрын
Indeed. There were a few gates that were out of spec and adjusted. I think the course designer might have forgot to bring a ruler lol
@RC_Trailblazers6 жыл бұрын
Typical competition width is 14-16 inches depending on the rules. But that's the standard.
