Wife and I recently spent a week in Sorrento. Three days is enough. The grande marina is not worth the €25 to leave the hotel at city center to arrive. We walked back up, and the scenery was free and much better spent. The linen shops were interesting and we purchased several items, but prices not a bargain. Lemons huge, but what can you do with them unless you live there? Glad we went but Rome is more vibrant and even had a Hard Rock Cafe.
