Yes I love him, he's so good but also so naughty. I would love to have the strength to see his training through. Marmalade smells good, tastes better. I'm trying to find balance

I have decided to just accept it as it is .. tasty with character. I will be putting it in jars for those who fancy a try. I have plenty of oranges to practice with so practice makes perfect and we will see how the next batch goes

@@katebygrave yes, it's having consistency so having a person capable of doing exactly what I'm doing with his trainings while I do other stuff. Ideally a volunteer who would enjoy parking up here and having a few hours a day with him. I will make an add up
