Could you explain like frame advantage briefly, I mean I guess it’s obvious what it is, I’d just like to hear it from you.

Its effectively this: you recover from an interaction from your opponent, faster than they do, therefore giving you an advantage when attacking next because you can attack sooner than they can. This has lots of applications but the one I talk about most is after counter GBing someone. You get 1 frame extra than they do (33ms roughly I believe), meaning if they try and GB again, and you try and heavy immediately, they won’t be able to GB you out of your heavy because they don’t have time to GB you before the GB window expires on your heavy. There’s a lot of nuances and different scenarios of frame advantage but that’s the basic idea of what it is.
