Alejandro ha llamado al programa porque no consigue preparar bien la crema bechamel. A veces le sale con grumos, o demasiado fina, o más espesa de lo normal... Con los consejos de Sergio, la bechamel sale perfecta.

Instead of adding the milk to the roux, he could have added the roux to the milk a little at once to prevent lumps. he also could have added a whole onion with cloves in the simmering milk.

Wrong recipe. You should add chopped onions to the roux and then strain the sauce afterwards. You get an "F".
