It hurts so bad, I can take a lot of punishment but it kills me to see her make bad decisions because she doesn't think she's worth anything better. I just want her to choose herself and her happiness, with or without me. The first time we locked eyes, I just wanted to wrap my big strong arms around her and protect her, show her kindness and unconditional love. As strong as I am mentally, emotionally and physically, I'm powerless to help her because it's not up to me, it's her decision.

It has been very strange for me. Usually this would have devastated me. At first I was like wtf am I gonna do. 50 years old and have to start all over again. But its like I knew she was going to get karma. I knew in my heart. You can't do this to someone and get away with it. Then the property got settled like lightning. I didn't have to give her anything. Karma is not mine to give so I did not go after her business. I got what I needed and wanted nothing else.
