Hi anjali... I am from Amritsar....So i would suggest that the first thing you should eat is GURU KA LANGAR from Golden Temple or Shahida Sahib. After that Sarju ki bhelpuri and Gud da karah (Address for both : Namak Mandi) Gud ka karah is available from 6 am to 12 noon only, so plan accordingly.
