It's fine. In most of the girls, our insulin level goes down during periods due to blood loss. And to raise the insulin level, our body needs carbs which comes from foods like chocolate (which have sugar) or other starchy foods like chips, burgers etc. Hearing this problem of insulin, our body itself starts to produce hunger Hormones leading to cravings. Sometimes honoring cravings is not bad. Since these foods (like chocolates ) and give your blood level an instant boost.
