UN55NU6900 standby red light flashing wont turns on

I hope the seller didn't reflow the CPU,and the board breaks after two weeks and the customer comes back to claim warranty.Ebay is filled with scammers.But the most annoying thing is we can't order a new CPU,a nand or a whole new board from Samsung,there are no spare parts available,and if any,they are reserved for authorized service centers and only for as long as the particular model is in circulation,and within warranty.
