@foxyman777 it's not like a good zerg can't split up his broodlords, and it's not awesome that the only counter to the broodlord/infestor deathball is the most expensive/long to get/slowest unit to catch all the z deathball in one spell.

if your enemy doenst know how to aim down festors before they get close their thors then yes, but say u have about 5 festors and your unborrow near his 5 thors if your not fast enough or close enough one of your could festors die, leaving a single thor which can kill another festor which would then leave 2 thors and so on.

You neural parasite one of their drones, then you have it throw down a Nexus, so you can build warpgates, robos etc. and get a better army. :p

as far as HOTS is concerned, blizzard got waaay to zealous with the infestor nerfing, they ruined it, and might as well have taken it out of the game because that's how often you would see them in ANY game. If it didn't suck so much, the infestor might've helped Zerg deal with protoss death balls and fight off the bio/mine rally and everything else modern zerg has to put up with.

(Every Terran ever) Both of the races have had huge fucking counters to infestors since day 1 (feedback for toss, snipe + emp for terran) but nope that would require them to actually utilise more than their standard a-move army units.

All Blizzard needed to do was make the mothership a hero unit so it would be in it's own class and leave the neural parasite for massive units. Only reason zerg would use neural parasite is for massive units. It's not like they're going to be able parasite marines, medivacs, or tanks before all the infestors die from thors.

I play Z and T...With T and your vs ling/bling/muta you can lose your whole army but still defend with key units (tank Thor). If you lose your whole Zerg army you have nothing to fall back on other than macro, which depends on you having bases and drones above your opponent..Overall T is better

@babysbabys33 zerg with fast 3 base can get to 200/200 on roaches fast, 2base protoss will have 50-60 supply less. then zerg can exp his ass off if the p stays on two base, and continously trade armies. even if zerg trades inefficiently it'll be good for him cuz of much better economy. lategame infestor+broodlord is better than everything protoss has, a lucky archon toilet is the only counter. a 8-10 minute timing by 2base toss is much more dangerous than 2base deathball.

funny thing is the released patch changed the nerf from, NP not targeting massive, to -2 range. exactly what Destiny was getting at. make it harder to do so massives can move away and be targeted less, esp. momma ship.

at the time destiny's explaining pvz was around 55% in favor of toss, not even in favor of toss in korea, with players like nestea, losira having 80% winrate vs protoss, while no protoss ever in the world had even near winrate vs zerg. then fungal got buffed and protoss winrates were abysmal, there were like 5 protosses in gsl with all of them falling out fast. after this Destiny explains that this is only because zerg players are really clever.

The Real Problem comes from Zerg not having an actual Tier 1.5 (or Any Tier of Tech), Ranged, Anti-Armor/Anti-Mechanical unit, just like Stalkers and Marauders.

@babysbabys33 And sorry but if you lose vs a 2 base P and you have 4 bases you're doing it wrong dude. Terribly wrong. Either you don't scout or you just suck at the game. Get a grip, Zerg players are doing very well vs P right now. The problems are Ghosts not sure the Protoss death ball.
