Great version of this lively old classic - with some great whistling and singing to boot! Thanks so much! :-)

Super Alan. I'm looking forward to hearing some more of your renditions of familiar (to me) songs. I really enjoyed Charldene's version of this as well.

Thanks. I got one more at least.

That was insanely good -- some really cool and fast chord changes. I've heard this most as a barbershop piece. Your version was top notch.

Another classic crooner era song that I am surprised you haven't done before, Alan. You really bring out the humour in this one.

I thought the lyrics lended themselves well to kind of a "scenery-chewing" performance. Thanks! Also I found some interesting discussion about the lyrics of the song. There seems to be one faction who think it's all slangish drug references, and another faction who think it's just about coffee.

Excellent! You and Jim are a perfect fit. Have the two of you ever collaborated on a song? That would be something I'd like to see.
