Ingredients:
2 egg yolks & white separated
2 egg whites
33g (4 and a half teaspoon) all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
23 g (1⅔ tablespoon) of sugar
1 tablespoon of milk
little bit of butter
Steps:
1. Whisk egg yolk together and add 1tbsp of milk and mix.
2. Add in vanilla extract and mix. (if you have, I didn’t add)
3. Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix well.
4. In another bowl, use mixing machine, whisk egg white and sugar until fluffy texture.
5. Scoop meringue mix by batches and fold it in with the egg yolk mixture slowly.
6. Melt the butter in pan.
7.Cook one side on low heat for 3 minutes. (use a lid to cover your pan)
8. Add water and wait 1 minute
9. Flip the pancakes and add water
10. Cook for another 3-4 minutes and enjoy!
•You can add butter, honey or any fruits or nuts to enjoy it with you pancake.
