200 grams of dark chocolate
4/3 cup of oil
1/2 cup of sugar
5 tablespoons potato flour
3 large eggs
Preparation
Heat the oven to 180 degrees on baking mode
Melt the chocolate and sugar in a saucepan over low heat
Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool down a bit
Add the eggs one by one and mix straight so that it does not cook
Then gradually add the flour and potatoes and mix
Then fill the soufflé cups halfway
and bake at 180 degrees
