I don't understand tas, is it like a cpu that is linked to the tas? Or are your inputs linked to the tas while you play? Is there a video on how to get a tas for this game?

TAS means that one has used the emulator's tools to help himself doing a superplay or speedrun. In case of fighting games\action games with lot of combat, usually it is more about showing off for entertainment than playing the game super fast abusing glitches. In my cases, I did TAS videos in 2 different forms: 1) recording the video at a slower speed, using save states to go back in case of mistake, then edit the video to make it look like a single-playthrough (manual tas) 2) recording the input file in the emulator, always using savestates and slowdown to play by doing otherwise very difficult feats in real-time at real speed, then replay the ended input file in the emulator, at normal speed, and recording the screen with OBSstudio

Actually Soul Calibur 3 runs slow even if your PC is more than enough because it is not properly emulated by PCSX2 1.50 rr, so I have to use the frameskip option set at 2 (24 fps instead of 60 fps for 60 fps games) to make it run at 100% speed, so that is why it is at 24 fps.

Late answer: because the emulator would slow down too much if I don't use the framerate skipping with some games. Also sorry if I am not uploding from such a long time, I am covering another channel now that is following another passion of mine at the moment.
