Dear Magnificent Being 💙Infinite Gratitude to you, for choosing to connect and co-create with me. Today I was creating a guided meditation album to upload to iTunes, Spotify, etc. The process is that I take one guided meditation that I have already published, and then I do remixes-changing the music. Sometimes the new versions just “hit me” and I feel that rush of excitement and inspiration to share it with everyone! And that feeling is so high vibe right now! In my reality, the content in this meditation is so on point and fitting in these times we are going through right now personally and collectively. I am feeling this wave of “having to get this out in the world fast!” And so it is. Even if you have heard the original version one or more times. This one will serve you on a new level in this now-moment. 

 I AM sharing with you the written introduction to this guided meditation: We live in a time on planet earth of intense change and transition on so many levels both personally and collectively. We are up-levelling - which means that old negative thought patterns, destructive habits, and behaviors, limiting beliefs and paradigms unconsciously copied through generations, and buried trauma are all peaking its head above water. Challenging us in so many ways…Know that you are safe…It is meant to be like this…It´s all happening for the higher good of every soul involved…You are ready to let go and move into a higher state of consciousness….A higher state of being now…That which doesn´t serve you anymore…It´s safe to let it go…It is time…Now…know that you have the ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture if you wanted to…You have the resources you need within you to detach and sense the higher perspective of it all… In times of change and transition we all seek answers, we seek security, we seek clarity and safety. We seek wisdom and guidance. We seek Love and courage. And most of us seek outside of ourselves…Expecting to find what we need…And We may find it…For a little while…Only to find that the outside thing that felt good for a little while was not sustainable…Because what you are truly seeking, is already within you…All emotions are resources that you have access to activate…You are the creator of your state of being, your thoughts, emotions, and actions…Allow yourself to fully step into your Power and Light…By choosing to take 100% responsibility for all that you co-create in your life…Because as you consciously choose that higher path…Your unconscious mind starts the process of upgrading you from the inside out…The structure of your consciousness will alter and expand…Your heart opens and activates…Your body will align with your higher mind…To your heart and to the infinite wisdom of the Universe… And then… the probable future timelines and alternative realities that you create for yourself are deliberately manifested by you…with your Loving Heart…Clarity of Mind…and Infinite Consciousness…Because deep inside you know…Don´t you…That you are a Divine Spark of Light manifested in physical form…And if you don´t believe that now…That´s perfectly fine…You are a beautiful person…inside out…You are good enough, dear Soul…You always have been…And You always will be… Some people have resistance to choosing to be accountable and taking responsibility for their thoughts…Emotions…and Actions…And That´s ok…It´s all about willingness…Some people are not willing to fully step into their power yet…Without even knowing that the level of willingness to take full responsibility on every level of co-creation…is a reflection of how fully that person has embodied his or her Essence into the physical dimension…You don´t need to do anything…And at the same time, you can appreciate being aware…Because being aware means that you can make more intelligent choices…Combining your intelligence and intuition…And your choices in every moment molds your present and future… And while creating your life you can be detached from things happening a certain way…and that means that you are living from your heart…Embracing the energy of abundance over lack…Love over fear…There is a flame of freedom burning within your heart now…Freedom to live, speak and shine your Light. Free from all limitations…Declare your freedom now. Commit to your freedom now. Live your Freedom now. ...... If you choose to do this journey with me; thank you for your trust. It's funny because today I was meditating (spirit guides one) & a message came though about ripples in the water. We all have a Duty of Service to World. Sometimes we get frustrated that things aren't happening as fast as we would like. But the Universe has it's own Timescale & it's own Purpose. I had this feeling like I do my bit for the World & then give it up, surrender & let go. Focus on myself & my own Inner Peace. I guess that's what we are all meant to do. Hello Kenneth, I wanted to share with you what this mediation means to me. I am 64 and have listened to many guided meditations. Yours had a profound affect on me. As soon as invoked unconditional love, I began to cry. This is not usual for me. Your soothing voice and the perfect background music allowed me to go deeply into the golden light. As soon as I entered it I was met by two angels. They said nothing but took my hands and lifted me to the library. They stayed with as I read the book. I could see the writing in the book but it wasn't English. I knew the information wasn't meant for my conscious mind. I could feel my conscious mind stepping back and I was having a hard time focusing on your words. I knew I was absorbing what I needed. I came back much calmer. Thank you for this lovely meditation.
