Beautiful bike but for that price I would expect some top notch air forks and suspension seat post. A twist throttle on the correct side..move shifter to the left side.a lightweight motorcycle style round LED headlight and taillight.and chain guard, fenders, heated grips, massager seat.and it's still a lot of money. I've seen electric motorcycles for less money like the Suron X

For that price, it should have a Rohloff speed hub and Gates carbon drive. If they had used a manufacturers model of Bafang instead of the one anyone can buy for $650 or less anywhere, they could have at least used a carbon drive belt which is far less likely to break and leave you walking your $5k bike home. And clip-on rechargeable USB lights .... for $5k?

Radrover $1499 all the way. I would rather get 3 of those and bring friends along. This is not overpriced by any means, the components are are all solid and seems like it has good brakes. I would think it is unnecessary to get this at this price point, since the performance is not much better. But again if you can afford it, go for it.

It is expensive, but keep in mind you get much higher quality components and more performance than you would on a RadRover :) I do like Rad's bikes a lot, but they're very different from this one and designed for a much different use case.

The $1700 model on their website is about worth it..... Yet this specific model, on their website too for $4900..... EASY pass. If I WAS going to spend $4900 on bikes, I'd get their $1700 model, a ride1up 700 or Aventon Level, a nice 24 or 29er bmx bike, and either a gt avalanche or trek fx4. No way in HELL is this thing worth $3200 more than their $1700 model, which does the exact same thing

No thanks... I’ll stick to my CRF 450. Costs half the price. Has triple clamp forks, adjustable rear shock. And goes faster in first gear than that junk will ever go down hill, with the wind at your back, completely topped out... sorry, but you pedal pushers are getting ur asses handed to you from some greedy manufacturers that are selling you technology thats decades behind.

ANYONE serious ABOUT ebiking has OTHER az dealers this INTERVIEW is the only unfortunate one i HAVE seen. He loses credibility on lighting then swings back to haughty HOW dare we ask if LCD could be readable. Air insulates. The FRAME is ultimate fin. Decent motors generate little heat. This price enables 99.2% efficient speed electronics our own Texas Instruments has in stock eliminating HEAT AND LEAVING dozens of TIMES more juice than any led uses in 🏦.
