Your class looks very good for kiting..that fire one dps look very high tho, could imagine that it carries in PvE

Thanks Slayer! There's 3 ranged classes rn, Grass, Fire Phoenix, and the healer Amber Pagoda and I've yet to try the other 2. There's another class that unlocks at lvl50(?) and it seems ranged too. Fast cast times mean good opportunity for kiting. Just have to be careful of Tiger and Rabbit tanks that have "taunt" skills, and of course those DPS. Need be careful of everything 😩 Phoenix and Cat are considered the 2 main DPS, but Phoenix leans more to AOE dmg while Cat leans more single-target while of course having more agility. I'm kinda lazy PVE but PVE in the overworld can be done with 1 companion (like ff companions we have in Neverland), and in some instanced PVE and the Academy Challenge (which is like Ladder Arena, non real-time PVP with bot versions of players) you have your full companion team of 4 companions atm. Since a lot of competitive PVE is in the overworld atm, especially in the form of world bosses, dragon island bosses (where you can form team of up to 10 players to share rewards) etc., seems the 1 companion you have in the overworld matters quite a bit for dmg or other roles you want it to be. There's different builds for PVE and PVP too not just from soul skills but other things like the Mind Method scrolls.

Nice to see ya again, Lycera! I'm not active in Neverland atm besides some PVP. I gave quitting completely a serious thought but the only things keeping me in Neverland rn are the combat interface and the PVP competitiveness in my server range. I no longer spend in Neverland. I've experienced TLON SEA S server's neglect and eventual shutdown before and I see similar pattern is happening now with all TLON regions. Minimal true content updates but more bells and whistles, more cash grab despite less content, server connection/bandwidth issues, etc. I will never forget how TLON is one of the only games I've played to neglect the original region it launched in, in front of its players' own eyes. I don't like being down about it though. Just enjoy the memories and have fun with what we play.

@night-neverland I understand you well, things are slowly going downhill on EU too, I'll probably stop too, but I don't know yet, not because I don't feel like it, but to be honest it's the people, I don't know like them on Sea are, but on EU there are a lot of really nasty and not exactly nice, I'm currently testing excessively and have also found out a water fairy oneshot that really works and is fun, but I used it a few times in Crystal Battle and the people are angry, yes great, that's taking away the fun from me again, I made a few videos of it, but didn't upload it because I honestly don't have that much fun, my character will also leave too many memories behind that I might start again at some point, but atm Not, I'm looking for a different game and have started playing World of Warcraft again

@@lycera1878 Yeah there's a Water/Holy rotation in my cross server range that's really a challenge to face. But it's one of the reasons why I'm still in PVP for Neverland. I'm fortunate to face a challenging team in TL too just wish we could have more opportunities to battle. New Neverland (N server) PVP is too time-gated. I don't like when players complain about being beaten by others in a game. But even more than that I'm surprised at how much devs of Neverland have made reactive changes to the game in response to those complaints, instead of focusing on a solid update roadmap for the game. You can say they are catering to the biggest spenders, but at the cost of their own vision. We can't control other people, there's good peeps and not so good. May you find better company wherever you game.

@@night-will It already started when certain people said how rubbish water actually is and they were also of the opinion that water really does 0 dmg, that spoiled my fun because I had no idea about the game and I wanted help because it was my first one char was and yes, I don't like it when people always complain about everything, and unfortunately on EU there isn't such a challenge, at least not on my server 106-111 tl always the same, burning always It's been the same thing for months, it gets boring after a while, but games like Neverland are what I celebrate in terms of playstyle

whats your mind method

Hello! I'm still new so I'm still figuring out what mind methods are good for me. The official Discord has numerous discussions on Mind Method for each class. I'm also not sure if Mind Method has effect in Soul Fight PVP, would make sense if it does. Just too casual to study it for now. All I know is full 16* seems to be recommended for PVE, I'm guessing the attack colors like red or purple for PVE, can mix if you can't go 16* one color. But for PVP some players go for mix of 8* one color, 12* another color etc. Once we get max total spiritual consciousness of 25* I imagine there will be more mind method set for PVP, 16* one color 8* another, or even 12* 12*, if it's possible to have it like that. If you have EX Mind Method that suits you, you can try to build your Mind Method set around it, as EX methods have powerful effects. I just got Jade I rank in Soul Fight today and the random gold EX Mind Method I got was for blue (which suits my class in this vid, Blue Silver Grass). My EX Mind Method is "Thousand Mechanisms", and it negates a control effect with a trigger cooldown of 50 seconds, which suits blue 12* onwards as it has control resistance. I'm still trying to figure out how to get the enhancement that seems to be the requirement for most additional skills of mind methods.

@@toujirokungaming long time no see Pepper. Been having break from gaming Discord. For Neverland, I just browsed. There's no official update about future Legion War Reborn rn to my knowledge, whether through drip marketing/ads, socials, or official news/patch notes. There is drip marketing for what seems like pets, and you know SEA will do its de facto beta test catching bug event role again. I only shared old S Server legion war gameplay by others players on the Discord before. I do wish current TLON players can play non timegated PVP, but take all I've posted about Legion War as simply me sharing what content TLON had in the past and me hoping less timegated PVP would return. Neverland's combat interface is IMO one of the better ones now despite every other issue with that game. I always wish they would play more to their strengths.
