I went to a Soul Food place on Commerce Street. They must have redecorated it. It looks very very nice. I have to go to The Yard for the Ox burger and the Shrimp Burger. After that this is my next stop. Looks delicious😀

Wow!!😳 My brother's restaurant was on Broad St, *"Soul Food Chess House!"* They had the best soul food ever.. He'd even sit and play a game of chess with his customers. Was there for 11 years until he finally closed nwk location in October. Still has his spot in PA. You should definitely go and check them out. And as he always say, *no pork on his fork!* Call him up! Tell him his *baby sister* sent you😁 *word is bond!* 😂

I order food from this restaurant, and to be honest the food did not taste good. I got the macaroni and cheese and a chicken wings with collard greens. Madre and son. The food was not season well enough for me and the chicken wings was little with hell and a collar greens taste like grass. This is just my opinion.

I concur .... I ordered the Whiting dinner...$19... three small Whitings, mac and cheese, collards. The fish had no seasonings...the mac and cheese was disgusting no taste....the collard greens were salted and mushy. Never again!
