There will NEVER be an era so rich in music as the 90's. The 90's had so many artists that came ou,t from Hi-Five, Soul for Real, Black Street, Color Me Badd, Jodeci, Boys to Men just to name a few. I am 44 now and look back on this era with such fond memories. Not only the music but the friends that were made, and the good times that were had. When you hear a song it takes you back to that one moment in time, if only for a second. I miss those days and no matter how hard you may try to go back you can't, but at least with this music you can revisit if only for a moment.
@EDMisawsome10 жыл бұрын
honestly, i was born in 97' and im inlove with 90s music,like they were so deep,maningfull and pasionate and i seriously wish i was a teen during the 90s instead of now, the music is quite meaningless,too much use of symbolism in music videosi dont even think its about the music anymore,but the money, its like most musicians only do it nowadays for the money.its sad. rip the 90's the year which TLC,Aaliyah and many of the greatest musicians came out
@Feelin2nice10 жыл бұрын
I have to humbly disagree, boatswain. I think the 80's had spectacular music, especially when one considers the rise of and the golden age of hip hop during that time. And to a large extent the 70's had great music, rich and diverse. Artists like Gil Scot Heron, Isley Brothers, Earth Wind and Fire, Doobie Brothers just to name a few. And if you dig deep enough you'll find the 60's had great music as well. I think what separated those era's from the 2000's on is it had less to do with marketing and promotion or how you look in a video and more to do with true talent and artistic expression. Big, fat, sloppy overweight individuals could crank out hits in the 60's and 70's. Nowadays you'd better big a rapper.

Joon Ho Im Yes, that could be possible, Joon. I just find it insulting when someone states a specific era of music was so much better than prior eras. There is good music every year. I think it's harder to find nowadays because when I turn on the radio I hear a lot of garbage with a few gems in between. Just my opinion.

Natasha Ayoo Omg your just like me lol. I'm a teen now but I wish i was a teen in the 90s (even know my parents played 90s music when i was younger) i still wish i could of been there for the "feeling", music etc, people who grew up in the 90s were so lucky i mean they really are. aaliyah and TLC are my fav's also. 90's/80s music was just the best i wish i had a time machine.. But i mean at leat i was born in the 90's lol

You're the same, my candy rain My love, did you ever dream That it could be so right? I never thought that I would find All that I need in life All I want, all I need now, I know I know I found it in you, I found it in you 'Cause you are My love, do you ever dream of Candy coated raindrops?
