Mentor buff works, it just gives at max, +3 armor while chraging skill. And having laser weapons offhand can trigger arcane lasers. If you have laser weapon, any other weapon, and a melee weapon, you can get all arcane skill forms with melee onhand. Shotgun increase buff increases the arcane lasers by one and bouncing bullet buff can make the arcane lasers bounce off walls. Melee range increase buff increase arcane melee range

The three weapon buff worked on this character as you wouldnt get the explosion projectile when using hybrid weapon, you can see the thunder sword without three weapon buff wont have the explosion on projectile at the end A lot of buff work on this character like laser buff, shotgun buff, bounce buff, melee buff, charge buff I think when use a charge weapon it will have the same charge as the skill This guy is strong, with right setup he can sweep the entire floor 4 and 4 hit the floor 3 bosses

one tip I discovered myself haven't mention that you can recast the power burst ability as long you use any charge weapons you can see a glint effect on the hand indicating to recast by recharging your weapon and keep shooting the ability infinitely this is why I normally play him with axe like executioner.

I found out something about this character. When you time it right, you can infinitely use the skill. When the usage meter reaches half way when it’s being used with a charging weapon like its starter weapon, charge the weapon again at the right time to instantly re use the skill.

if the charge is blue still like when using the skill, at 50% charge (blue) u can resuse the skill over and over, different intervals of the skill speed is dif at a time so time it rightly, and yes u can do this infinitely but with only charge weapons (u can tap)

The passive is horrible because not only is it super situational (It's literally only usable if you have a team that can tank for you, you can only really stand still when bossing because a room would have too many enemies.) The Bonus is also horrible, I mean crit chane? Alone? Why not give it Crit damage as well. The Risk-reward is just not equal especially in a bullet hell game.

I discovered something about this character, I don't know if it's a bug, or if it's the game itself. I was playing with it and the "pulse" weapon, I held the weapon attack to charge the ult at the same time, the effect was obviously lightning, however, if you hold the weapon attack again before the ult timer runs out, and do this repeatedly, the lasers effect of the ult becomes infinite, so... *AFTER 1 SECOND THAT THE ULT LAZERS EFFECT IS RELEASED, LOAD THE WEAPON AGAIN BEFORE THE ULT TIMES OUT, THE LAZERS WILL BE INFINITE, JUST DO IT REPEATED TIMES!!!*

There's a few additional points that you missed. Arcane bullets changes if you possess a his default weapon, a rail gun or a coil gun to cause the arcane bullets to erupt into a shockwave on hit, these are affected by laser buff As long as a laser is in his equipment he will fire the lasers, these lasers also do damage per five frames they're touching the enemy Arcane blade, when in possession of laser buff, releases a sizable shockwave on hit, this property is independent of the railgun property of the bullets. I think the only thing that's kinda bad about Arcane Knight is that just like trapmaster, he's launched with the unlucky hidden trait, getting a good build with him without using the workshop or garden is pretty difficult, as is getting better weapons for him than his starter.

I found out all the skill based stuff today, I was playing orgin with him and when I charged the Caliburn I saw the skill charging too. then it released slashes. I used the staff while I had Rainbow house as second weapon and it fired the lazers. I'm not sure is the staff itself doesn't affect the skill type. edit: as you see near the end, he also uses Kinetic stacks with it, kinda sad he didn't put mention on it since it KOs all small enemies with a fully charged orb from the base staff.
