At which cultivation level they can fly

Hmm. It's a hard question as in soul land no specific level is defined as a threshold for flying ( at least I didn't see any 🙂). So I would say as long as a soul master's spirit or any soul skill or soul bone skill helps them in flying, it's possible. Or if anyone could use soul power to support the flight as well. For example, in the case of wang dong (soul land 2), she is able to fly as she has a butterfly soul. Also xiao Ao( food soul master from soul land 1) was able to fly using the wings generated from his soul skill. In the case of tang san , he was able to fly using the soul bone got from his mom when he became the blue silver emperor.

Hi, I have already explained the cultivation universe of BTTH, including the cultivation levels, dou levels , alchemist etc. For the great ruler , it would make sense to explain the martial universe cultivation first and then move on to great ruler as both BTTH and martial universe merge into the great ruler down the line.

Hi , if you are looking for soul / spirit grandmaster,it's the 3rd level , where a cultivator will have 2 soul rings ( power between 21 and 30).
