That symbol within the first 10 seconds of the video, the 3D triangle within the triangle I’ve seen before upon waking up from sleep before, not only did I see that symbol in the middle of my vision about a few feet in front of me but I also saw a grid that spread far and wide throughout my environment, both these phenomena stayed visible for 10-15 seconds before my vision returned to normal. Hypnagogic hallucination I think not.

The specific frequency of 272.2 Hz is used in some sound healing practices or meditation techniques, but it's not a widely recognized or standardized frequency for the Soul Star Chakra. Different sources and practitioners may use varying frequencies based on their interpretations and experiences with chakra healing.
