I do breathing exercises every day but wasn't aware it was also important to the solar flares that taking place presently in the universe. Thank you for the inspiration and information.

I started that as well organically and naturally flowing. Meditation and breathing has been key and has taken a new turn- I found myself hyperventilating and chlostrophobic, and fixing that was really a monumental blessing in disguise to be more ware of my breathing, as a much more profound practice that really achieves beautiful results, noticed exponentially more every day. I love the way you explained the solar phenomena; no sensationalism nor hysteria. Your guidance was positive and practical. Out of all the things you mentioned to do, I agree 100% with breathing techniques. To me, they’re very effective. After I learned them from watching your videos, even when I feel pain in my body and do breathing techniques, the pain goes away. It’s like magic. My heart and soul completely resonated with this. Even in the midst of what appears as global upheaval, my heart has never felt so big and I have never felt so peaceful. There is so much great energy and joy coming in to the earth and to all of us.🕊💖

The sun has its cycles... But it does not flare the way the "media" tells as such. We dwell within a construct. Not a globe spinning around a sun 150million km away. The sun is a focal point of electro magnetism under the firmament above us. As is the moon. There is no "outer space"
