He WAS dlc for the 360 but in 2016 he was delisted because they lost the rights to him

Taki: 1-Very hot. 2-A bit overly designed. Hilde: 1-Nice Wolf Armor. 2-Good as a princess, but the hair could use some work. Yun Seong: 1-What’s with the stupid bandanna? 2-Could have been his primary costume. Maxi: 1-What’s with the belts all over him? 2-Same blonde as usual. Amy: 1-Kinda cute. 2-Just the same as her primary one. Sophitia: 1-Very hot. 2-Looks kinda goofy in that armor and bit over designed. Mitsurugi: 1-Badass as usual. 2-Ok Raphael: 1-Looks like Alucard with Prince Charming’s look in Shrek 2 and 3. 2-Lazy, it’s just his Soul Calibur 3 alternate costume. Voldo: 1-Way too overly designed. 2:Meh Tira: 1-Trying way too hard to be Harley Quinn. 2: Meh Cervantes: 1-Way too Overly designed. 2-Lazy, it’s just his alternate costume from 3. Zaslamel: 1-Ok although a bit overly designed. 2-Cool looking. Astaroth: 1-Why is this his primary costume? 2-Could have been his primary costume. Lizard Man: 1-Generic Lizard 1. 2-Generic Lizard 2.
