Im amazed how far evil I had made Curtis to be. So much that it became "Groh Must Die" Mode.

I believe this may have been the canon ending in the original timeline up until SCV, Azwel and Groh both dying would explain why neither showed up in the original timeline, and the final encounter with Zasalamel, it makes sense for your body to have been taken over by Algol and that be how he resurrects, but the good outcome with Soul Calibur causes Groh AND Azwel to stay alive, as well as not allow Algol to possess your body, now, Algol could still come back through Azwel, but we'll have to wait 'til the next game to see how that turns out. Azwel giving that malfestation cure to Raphael has already changed the timeline SIGNIFICANTLY.

Actually Azwel survived the encounter no matter what In Raphael's story which takes place after the events of Libra of Souls he'll show up to give him the medicine for malfestation

Wait I'm Confused So You're saying that Grøh and Azwel exist in the timeline of the past stories of Soul Calibur but not playable?
@Fl0wchart3 жыл бұрын
@@leonziedrich4093 It's only a theory, but yes, I believe so. And because the hero from Libra of Soul would've killed both of them with Soul Edge, then they never would've been able to show up. Where as Soul Calibur is less blood thirsty.

This makes so much more sense than the blue ending where Groh gets magically cured and just leaves after the fight.

Well, Soul Calibur IS the Spirit Sword, so more than likely, it doesn't so much damage Groh but rather severs the evil that bonded to him, allowing him to have control of it later on since in the post-campaign after the good ending, you have those optional fights where Groh has fully controlled his outsider powers.
