A huge fan of Soul Calibur here & i bought the wholecgame just to be able to play Sophitia all day she's damn epic in every way. Still don't understand some of the terms tbh but I'll try my best to main that amazing character.

Thanks dude! Haha, a bit, though the electric wave dash has more dangerous options than the Angel Step IMO (EWGF alone is always a fearsome tool). Still feel a bit dodgy with Sophitia online (compared to say, Nightmare haha), but yeah I'll bring her out if you want ;).

Please can you explaîn how you input a while rising move instant during a combo for the soulcalibur begginers

Haha, it's actually a fairly advanced technique. You need to hold down 2G (Down+Guard) for about a 1/4 of a second then press the While Rising that you want to come out. The input for an iWS~K would be 2[G]~K or Down + Held~Guard, then Kick.

Why does it seem so easy for everyone else but when I try to do it I just doesn't work I can do like that Angels star moves but not all of them and not all the time and I have a PS4 and I don't know how to fix my controller to make it work quicker and I don't like using the analog stick

Hmm... A recommendation I can make is "working" in the controller's D-pad more if you don't favour the analog sticks. Constant 236 motions will work in the D-pad.

I like to finish the A string when I hold 4A. The 4th hit is safer on block than the first 3, and if the first A hits the whole thing is a true combo for 75 damage. Most players I've encountered don't know about the 4th hit either so it's rarely blocked, though I'm sure there are plenty of ways for a good player to punish the string.

I don't understand why people combo into CE in this game, the damage scaling is so high and you end up doing less damage than the actual CE on it's own in many cases. Also you give up a good opportunity to use SC for added pressure or for a get off me situation. Most characters don't get any oki options either, so why waste that unless you're doing it to kill or have an early 2 bar lead, which is pretty rare anyway. I'll never understand

For Sophitia I usually just use it to whiff punish without the launcher, assuming I want to use CE instead of Soul Charge.

44A CE does 90 damage which is alright. Too bad 44A is probably her worst launcher. Only time I really use it from other launchers is as a round finisher if I'm about to win. I agree that it's better as a wiff punisher. However I much prefer Soul Charge. Sophitia's SC is actually pretty good and the interrupt from SC is always nice to have.
