Soulfi vs. Tympo 🥊 | Which one should you buy?

that’s interesting, i will say i LOVED tympo until i realized i didn’t like any of the kicks compared to my drum samples id usually use.

Just so you guys know, you can shorten the kick tails in Tympo to get that punchy Dilla type kick if you use the 'Tighten' parameter. You don't have to run with thr long boomy kicks you can tighten the kick to just a click.

Ok I was sold on Soul fi .. but when u put the processed presets with Tympo .. my ear immediately perked up .. now I have to get both.. excellent demo all around the board bro… this was quality!! @Teletoneaudio please hire this young man to demo all yall libraries!! 💪🏿

I currently use Tympo and I make the kicks snappier with the ‘’flatten’’ knob most of the time. Absolutely love the library. Soulfi is also amazing

I gotcha bruh! 💪🏽 Soulfi is definitely the better option in 2024. Tympo was fun but Teletone Audio really did handle their business with Soulfi 🤌🏽

Sounds like you get boom bap with tympo, but a little of boom bap and lofi with soulfi. They both are good, I can almost hear what kind of melody needs to go on top of every kit 💯

started with soulfi and just grabbed tympo i dunno at first pass i'm less of a fan of tympo. the sounds just seem less useable right out of the gate. I'm sure i'm gonna love it once i get to tweaking things but if you want to make funk/soul/hip hop/lofi i'd say Soulfi is going to get you stoked right out the gate where as Tympo might take a bit more finessing. Just my opinion

I do have the full version of Kontakt Player but the free one should work fine with Tympo and Soulfi according to Teletone Audio

Typo def got thump but I may end up coppin Soulfi as well. I kinda wished they just updated Tympo and implemented Soulfi into it some how. Just saying. We're going to keep buying the next version. I feel you on that. Soulfi’s sound quality, amount of samples, and interface makes me feel like the $129 price tag is worth it. But $129 every year or two can add up eventually. I feel like a fair priced expansion pack would be dope 🔥
