Episode Four, entitled "SOULFUL COMPASSION = DIVINE AID" opens with dominant, well documented themes of spiritual rejuvenation appropriate for this time of the year.
Then, focusing into the specific element of Tzedakah (righteous charitable giving), we'll go on to reorient the conventional view and understanding of this time-honoured component of our Elul Avoda/spiritual preparation for the High Holy Days.
For although Charitable Giving of funds should most certainly be a major ingredient in our Elul-vating Efforts, perhaps there is more than the sum of its parts.
In this Episode we will shift Elul's Giving Dimension from the way we do something positive, into a positive new way of being. Here we pursue a profoundly enlightening an empowering fresh approach, a perspective that suggests it’s NOT only about the money. And NOT even about us!
This is big new idea about living with openness, and a spirit of generosity that can best serve to open the floodgates of new blessings on Rosh Hashanah!
Ultimately, and perhaps most remarkably this can flow far beyond frame of Elul and the High Holidays. It should become the foundation for an inspired way of Yiddishkeit living that can illuminate and light up the entire new year that follows.

@RabbiMendelKaplan the fact that this הלכה is brought in הלכות צדקה and not הלכות תפילה looks like this is a פרט in צדקה itself not a פרט in having the תפלה heard ? Does anyone deal with this question?
