In this episode, I take a break from the hike and talk about some differences that I have noticed between the western way of life and thinking compared to the Peruvian mindset and way of living. I also touch on how many people in society let fear rule their lives and decisions and how we need to learn to live more form a place of love, compassion and gratitude, as well as, living authentically.
