Another mother might have insisted on having her son back. I’m glad these people did the right thing by the twins. ❤❤ hopefully investigations will be done to other parents who were told their baby had died. I remember a story where the doctor said the baby died and was taking the baby away, trying to refuse the mom to see it. Mom went after the doctor and grabbed her very much alive baby. Now that’s a mama bear!

Identical twins have an amazing trait. This sometimes carries over to non Identical twins also. One twin I know especially well got a mild head injury in an automobile accident. His sister was in bed asleep. She woke up at the same time as the accident. She told her aunt who was watching her, "Aunt Ra Ra, my head hurts." She was holding the exact same spot where her brother had been hurt in the accident. Twins also have an ability to read each other's thoughts.

Wonderful story with a great outcome. I'm wondering though why the birth mother didn't absolutely insist on seeing the other twin. I think I would have made a huge scene, demanding I be allowed to talk to the physician, other nurses, housekeeping, anyone at all until I was allowed to see him, but that's just me. Didn't she wonder why she couldn't at the very least plan a funeral? It all seems suspect to me. Not laying blame because she must have been an emotional mess, but still.

@@nicolaablett7790 Oh yes I do. I made my husband walk with the nurse when they took my baby away to do the routine tests. I made everyone coming in the room show me their identification. No way would I just take someone's word my baby was deceased. What about the body? What about a death certificate? This makes no sense to me at all.

I had identical twin daughters, and they look alike. This was a heart breaking story but then the story turned around and understood how this happened. It is nice to know that the bio mother and the other son could all be one happy family with the other parents who adopted the one boy. One cannot be to careful nowdays. There is a Lord in heaven. Never know if these are true or not but i guarantee this happens. I do have to say thlugh. As of when spouses get seperated or divorced they use the kids against each other. This is a powerful story.

Either way, the situation has happened several times, in some shape or form. Some parents insist on swapping their child back when accidental switch. Which I disagree with, to me, the children have bonded, ripping them away from what they know is very harsh and traumatic. It be better to be friends with other family, open and honest
