So accurate. I just spent $2k on Monday for an inspection for a home that turned out to be way worse off than the owner and realtor claimed it was. So I'm just waiting for one last report before terminating the contract, so they are forced to disclose everything to future buyers. I also realized yesterday, that my search in the state I currently live in, just isn't working for my budget- so I've decided to start looking near other friends in a state/area with much better options... meaning I will have to tell my friends here that I'll be moving away, which is not gonna land well for some of them- but is what's best for me so I have to do it. (Btw, I first went into contract on that house in Dec... before the place was destroyed by freezing pipes, and when all seemed perfect. It literally got torn up, and now so will the contract 😅.) What a relevant reading!!

I never felt foolish! I knew something was off with him, but it was only once in a while. He said it was stress from his job and it was believable! It wasn’t until the brain started to degrade in his 40’s that it was clear there were much bigger issues that he couldn’t hide any more. I don’t feel foolish I was screwed and I made lemons out of lemonade. I don’t want to be a jerk, but I got to be a stay at home mom and raise my babies liked I always wanted. This relationship fulfilled my needs in many ways. He just had an epic midlife brain melt and crisis and he ruined his marriage! Oh well for him! He’s such a mess that he honestly did me a favor! His brain isn’t functioning well any more in a number of ways! Thank God he screwed up and I won’t have to deal with it the rest of my life! Amen!
