My life changed a year ago this month. Had 2 strokes, had to give up my place and move in with my parents. Had heart surgery last Dec to plug a hole in my heart. Have no privacy here at home. Been alone since my divorce in 2013. I also don't feel like a Mom. I don't see or hear from my 2 adult sons. They get in contact with me when they feel like it. And we are 20 minutes away from each other. I have no friends to hang out with. Sometimes I wish something bad would of happened during my surgery. I have no one to talk to about what's bothering me. I could go on, but I think I'll stop talking. Thank You for whoever reads this.

Te recomiendo usar audifonos cuando escuches meditaciones para dormir, a mi me funciona mejor a los 10 minutos ya estoy dormida.

Yo te recomiendo que uses el video de hipnosis para dormir hay un video que se llama así y esta con una foto morada con un ojo y dice en la imagen "duerme" es buenazo me ayuda demasiado ojalá les ayude a ustedes también si lo buscan

Ojalá la vida sea un sueño en el q muchas veces se pasó muy mal y otras muy bien o normal etc. Pero q despertemos en la realidad legítima del amor la alegría el bienestar la tranquilidad la salud etc ojalá sea así y así ha de ser ya pronto q ya se sufrió mucho y uno debe tener la voluntad para q se haga esa volutad de estar de esa manera q es la manera normal digo yo no? Vamos ojalá sea así y lo quiera el universo q ahora en la noche nos transforme y nos levantemos habiendo soñado bonito y q rega continuidad en cada nuevo día y q cada mañana q pase vaya transformándose la realidad y uno no sepa si vive en un sueño bonito osea se confunda los sueños con la realidad y sea todo realidad bella y bonita y esos sueños bonitos sean realidad y lo q fue pesadilla y se vivió no fuera real sino una pesadilla lejana y difusa q se pierde en una nuve de luz y amor q es realmente como debe de ser la vida.... Así sea Dios mio universo voluntad de la realidad legítima de ser todo q somos todos en el amor.... Gracias a TODOSSSS.
