You blew my mind. This was 100% spot on for me, from start to finish. Cardinal energy of Capricorn (my moon sign) always goes from one thing to the next (emotions AND ideas, and how passionately I may feel about the ideas). My mom always comments on how I fluctuate in extremes from one thing to the next. And she also gets bothered with me hearing me go on and on about how I'm never doing things good enough, and am SO hard on myself to the point where I'll start crying sometimes. I literally wear myself out like it's a sport, often uncontrollably in anxiety or sadness, like I am supposed to feel bad/not good enough, so then I just suffer **more** and more, emotionally. Since I am a Taurus sun I am pretty predictable, definitely grounded and level headed (and fixed!), so I sometimes have this inner dialogue with myself like, "How come I am SO emotional about this or that? I've got earth and earth - sun and moon - so why do I not feel as grounded and stable as I should?? So yeah, I get confused about myself; when that cardinal Capricorn energy sweeps through me, I lose some of my placid nature and go off thinking about the next project to embark upon. With PASSION and a ton of overthinking and self-criticism along the way. I'm often very deep in thought and people mistakenly think I feel angry or something, haha. What a mess this moon sign is, LOL! Loved your video! You hit the nail on the head.

Ugh spot on. Even spot on about the primary caregiver being ice cold-- she only wanted results, and I don't ever remember any praise coming from her. So it's extremely difficult to accept genuine praise or compliments, because now it feels like the other person's just pulling my leg or humoring me. And I'm extremely hard on myself; always operate on the mindset of 'okay I got this done this time but next time it could be better'. And the part about feeling responsible for a lot of things hits home, too. Also gosh, the part about procrastinating because of anxiety-- of not being able to do a perfect job. I'm an aquarius sun and I have that part about me where I try and break free from tradition/do my own thing. Current career is not something mom was proud of, and while I know this is truly my calling, there is always that guilt that I didn't do better or achieve something more. Also constantly deal with feeling insignificant/not doing anything worthwhile and putting it out into the world. Have been dealing with major depression since I was a teenager. Oof, I do need to take better care of myself. Thank you so much for this.

Great video. I have ♑️ moon in 10th house. As a Capricorn moon I definitely related to not being the best I can be or could do better, also related to carrying everyone's baggage or thinking I have to carry others baggage. I would like to add that I also will put a structure or wall around my emotions and only reveal emotions if I feel it's not going to be detrimental. For me the goal is a sense of purpose rather than a materialistic goal. Bottom line I feel the need to discipline my emotions. To add to my moon in ♑️ I have in thought processes/ style of communication Mercury in Scorpio LOL 😂

I see, the mother things are very accurate for me, but it was my foster mother, I am physically challenged, and was back then too, and in a lot of pain, she couldn't care less I was still expected to do everything perfect and was treated very poorly because I physically could not operate normally, I was constantly reminded how useless and stupid I was, she said I was lazy, and was using my physical issues as a way out of working, she wasn't nice to say the least, she loved my brother maybe partly because he is physical able and could do more chores, but I wasn't physically able, and she hated me, and made it very clear she hated me, did her best to make me feel useless, even blamed all my brothers mental trauma and issues on me, but at least I had a good foster dad
