the project this song is from (the 21 EP) has nothing but FIRE beats, literally every single beat is fire. idk who made the beats but it sounds like the same producer for almost every beat. the 21 EP is definitely a peak moment for soulja boy every song on it is really great. all the beats are great but swag daddy is definitely way better than all of them.

I just now decided to listen all of that EP's song beats, and I would have to say that the beats on Swag Daddy and Country Boy are the best to me. Soulja Boy was going crazy with the mixtape/EP releases in the early 2010s, and I feel like around this time he was doing all sorts of things that would later become trendy, and I don't think he gets enough credit for that. On that note, when we're talking about beats, all it takes is to give a quick listen to Soulja's songs like The Vampire Gang (2010) and I'm So Important (2011) to see that he was really ahead of his time when it came to some of the beats he chose to rap over then. 99% of rappers weren't rapping over beats like those at the time, while plenty of rappers (especially those in the rap underground, where anything goes) now rap over beats like these.
